UConn basketball sensation Azzi Fudd is on track for another All-Big East accolade this season, with the Huskies boasting an unblemished 31-0 record heading into their conference tournament.

Fudd, widely regarded as one of the top prospects for the 2026 WNBA Draft after opting out of the 2025 selection, has another venture in the works: she’s preparing to feature in a GEICO mini-docuseries titled ‘Miles That Manner. ‘.

Scheduled to debut on Paramount+ on March 16, the documentary will offer an intimate look at Fudd’s rise to prominence – alongside several other college basketball talents – before her success with top-ranked UConn. This past Sunday, she was prominently featured on a billboard outside Madison Square Garden to promote the series. It comes after Unrivaled fans launched a three-word chant at the WNBA amid the threat of strike action.

“My journey has never been a solo act. Every mile, every setback, every comeback – my family, friends, and basketball community were there supporting me every step of the way,” Fudd shared about the show in a press release.

“Their support has been critical to how I got here and will be equally influential in where I’m going. I’m excited to partner with GEICO to tell my story, highlighting the people behind the scenes and finding ways to inspire the next generation.

“As I enter into this next chapter, I’m excited to join the GEICO team and build something that lasts both on and off the court.”

Fudd topped the Huskies’ scoring with 14 points on Sunday as they dominated Big East opponents St. John’s 85-49 at Madison Square Garden, clinching another flawless UConn regular season.

The Huskies’ average victory margin of 38 points is the third-highest in the program’s history, all under the guidance of current coach Geno Auriemma, and only surpassed by two flawless seasons from the mid-2010s.

Fudd, the reigning NCAA Tournament Most Outstanding Player, is averaging 17.9 points with a shooting accuracy of 49% from the field and 45.1% from beyond the arc, along with contributing 3.0 assists, 2.6 rebounds, and 2.5 steals per game.

UConn will head into the Big East tournament as the top-seeded team in the conference, with an opportunity to secure the nation’s No. 1 overall seed with another conference title.

“We have enough good players to have as good of a chance as anybody else out there to win a national championship,” Auriemma stated post-game.

“But like anyone else that’s going to be playing in that tournament, you’re going to have to be playing at your best. … Generally, the best team usually wins the national championship, but not always. [Sometimes,] it’s the team that comes together at the right time.”
