EXCLUSIVE: Shiv Pai (Marvel’s Iron Fist) is set as a series regular in The Tillbrooks (fka Regency) CBS‘ historical comedy pilot, from Tara Hernandez and Warner Bros. Television.
The Tillbrooks (fka Regency) is a historical spin on the classic multi-cam family sit-com, centered around the upper-middle class Tillbrooks as they navigate life, love, and scandal in 19th Century England.
Pai joins previously announced Rhys Darby, Hayley Griffith and Mia Challis in the project.
Pai will play Henry, the head groundskeeper of Hartford Park, who is kind, charming, and knowledgeable about plants. A down-to-earth, sensible young man, Henry takes pride in his job and works hard to look after his numerous brothers and sisters.
Hernandez serves as writer and executive producer. Warner Bros. Television is the studio.

Pai’s credits include Marvel’s Iron Fist, A24’s Uncut Gems, and On My Block. In 2025, he received a nomination for Best Rising Actor for All There Is at the WorldFest Houston Film Festival. He will next be seen in the college comedy feature Pizza Movie, premiering at SXSW 2026, and in the current season of Grey’s Anatomy. Pai is repped by Rebel Creative Group and Take 3 Talent Agency.
