Shortly after 4 this morning LFR crews were called to a house fire near 11th and Van Dorn. Initial reporting indicated flames were coming from windows and hoarding conditions were creating obstacles.
A 2nd Alarm brought additional crews as the hoarding forced firefighters to switch to a defensive strategy.
Traffic on Van Dorn during the morning commute may be affected.
