You ever wonder what your favorite music growing up would sound like if pushed through a hip-hop inspired deathcore filter and it was accompanied by a Mad Max-esque music video? Just me?

Well, that’s exactly what Filth dropped today, as they just released their Welcome to Shell Town EP. This new release shows the band covering a number of nu metal classics, including Drowning Pool’s “Bodies”, Disturbed’s “Stupify”, and now Limp Bizkit’s 2000 smash hit “Rollin’ (Air Raid Vehicle)”. The EP also includes two original tracks in “Shell Town” and “Outta Pocket”.

But what about that makes it Mad Max style? Check out the video below. Directed by Toddi Babu, the video sees the guys in Filth performing and driving around in a post-apocalypse that absolutely cribs the aesthetic and vibe of George Miller’s classic diesel-fueled epics.

Welcome to Shell Town is out today and you can get it wherever you get your music these days. In addition to the new music video and cover, you can check out the band’s “Beasts of the East” tour that’s kicking off tonight. You can find the full list of dates below and get your tickets today.
