Authorities are investigating a crash Friday night in Garner.

The WRAL Breaking News Tracker spotted an overturned SUV outside the Amazon Distribution Hub on Jones Sausage in Garner.

Witnesses told WRAL News they thought the people in the car were employees at the facility as they were wearing yellow vests.

It is unclear how many people were hurt, if they worked at the facility or what caused the accident.
