Jackson Lenord Williamson, 46 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he broke a woman’s fingernail during a dispute.
Police said that the altercation began when Williamson took the victim’s phone by force. When she attempted to get it back he nail was broke in the process.
The incident occurred at a home on Beverly Drive.
Williamson is charged with battery
