Ronda Rousey‘s feud with the UFC is continuing to build as she nears her MMA return.

Considered by many to be among the greatest female fighters ever to grace mixed martial arts, ‘Rowdy’ hasn’t enjoyed the best of relationships with her former employer over recent years, despite rising to superstardom with the promotion. As she approaches her return, originally discussed to take place inside the octagon, the 39-year-old is doing everything she can to promote the comeback, including discrediting the UFC.

Ronda Rousey’s big return will be a spectacle for fans of the sport. Not only will she be finally competing against Gina Carano after over a decade of talk, but the event will also feature several other significant matchups.

Fresh from his departure from the PFL, Francis Ngannou matches up against Philipe Lins in a five-round bout. The heavyweights are known for their finishing ability, so expect fireworks when they lineup on May 16.

Alongside Ngannou, the card will also feature Nate Diaz‘s comeback. Instead of the UFC, Diaz signed with Jake Paul‘s Most Valuable Promotions, where he will fight Mike Perry on the Rousey vs. Carano undercard, live on Netflix.

In response to the Diaz vs. Perry news, Ronda Rousey continued her war of words toward the UFC, firing shots at its executive vice president and chief business officer, Hunter Campbell.

“Welcome to the revolution Nate Diaz [and] Mike Perry,” Rousey said in a social media post. “It’s the FIGHTERS vs the establishment — and we’re gunna win! May 16th only on Netflix. P.S. Hunter Campbell pissed off the wrong b*tch, I’m coming for your job motherf***er.”

Hunter Campbell has become a more public figure in recent years and is known as one of the most powerful personnel in the day-to-day dealings with the UFC. According to reports, Campbell played a key role in Ronda Rousey’s return to the UFC being snubbed, birthing a feud between the company and the MMA legend.
