Another angle of the downtown Cincinnati brawl last weekend that has since gone viral is providing more on what happened in the early morning incident.The person who filmed the video shared with WLWT on Friday, Marvin C. Bennett, runs a workout business called Lt’s Gym and he says he was out creating content when the fight broke out nearby.The incident unfolded on West Fourth and Elm streets downtown early on July 26. If I release too much, too soon, even though there is a very strong appetite for it, I jeopardize the integrity of the investigation.”Earlier this week, Theetge said tips that police received have helped lead them to charges but emphasized that officers only received one 911 call during the entire incident.
