Day 6 at the ATP Masters 1000 tournament, ATP Miami, will feature the conclusion of the round of 32, with several intriguing matchups and top players in action, including recent Indian Wells finalist and 2023 Miami champion Daniil Medvedev and world #4 and 2018 finalist Alexander Zverev. Should the rain allow it, it will surely be another great day of tennis in Miami.

ATP Miami Day 6 Predictions
Alejandro Tabilo vs Alex Michelsen

Head-to-head: first meeting

The two players are separated by only one ranking spot and this match should reflect just that and be extremely close. Both players are playing very well this week, with Tabilo in particular scoring an incredible upset win over Andrey Rublev, and this should be a very high quality match. In general, Michelsen feels more comfortable on a surface lik this and might just have the slighest of edges here.

Prediction: Michelsen in 3

Felix Auger-Aliassime vs Terence Atmane

Head-to-head: first meeting

After a rough patch, Atmane finally got a few wins here in Miami and Auger-Alassime is notoriously inconsistent for a top 10 player so he will certainly be confident that he can further extend his run. That said, 2026 would be a good time for the Canadian to finally gain some consistency as a top player and if he can play close to his best level he should be able to overwhelm Atmane here.

Prediction: Auger-Aliassime in 2

Francisco Cerundolo vs Daniil Medvedev

Head-to-head: first meeting

After his great run to the final in Indian Wells, Medvedev struggled a bit with Rei Sakamoto in his first match here but he steadied the ship in time and continues his quest for another deep run here or even a second Miami title. Cerundolo can be a tough customer on his day but if Medvedev plays anywhere near the level he has been showing lately he will certainly advance here.

Prediction: Medvedev in 2

Alexander Zverev vs Marin Cilic

Head-to-head: Zverev 7-1 Cilic

While Slam titles keep eluding him, Zverev looks set to remain a top 5 player for the forseeable future and a regular fixture deep in big events. As good as Cilic has been so far in 2026 (especially given his age), he struggled massively against Zverev even in his prime and it is unlikely to be any easier for him now. It’d take something quite special for the Croatian to advance here.

Prediction: Zverev in 2
