Megastar Chiranjeevi seems to have a soft corner for director Bobby.
Not only did Bobby deliver the blockbuster Waltair Veerayya, but his father also shares a close relationship with Chiranjeevi. As a result, the megastar is giving Bobby’s project top priority.
Pushing aside director Srikanth Odela’s film for now, Chiranjeevi has decided to begin work on Bobby’s next project in the final months of this year.
Currently, Chiranjeevi is juggling two films — Vishwambhara and Anil Ravipudi’s untitled project.
Vishwambhara is likely to release for Deepavali, while the Ravipudi film is aiming for a Sankranthi or post-Sankranthi release.
Bobby’s new project will take off later this year, with regular shooting expected to commence in January.
While Bobby is known for increasing budgets and spending heavily, which hasn’t always gone down well with producers, Chiranjeevi has taken a proactive approach in setting this film up, showing his support for the director once again.
