SEATTLE — It’s that time of the year! After finishing the 2025 season inches away from the World Series, the Seattle Mariners look to build on their first American League West Title since 2001.

With the arrival of spring and high expectations, M’s fans will be flocking to T-Mobile Park to watch the city’s beloved baseball team play in 2026.

Whether it’s your first Mariners game or you’ve been cheering on the M’s since the Kingdome days, here is everything you need to know before going to T-Mobile Park this season.

Mariners tickets

Single-game tickets are available on the Mariners website. Prices vary based on multiple factors, including section, opponent, day of the week, and more.

The Mariners will also offer more than 25 “value games,” allowing fans to buy tickets for as low as $12 (including fees). For a full list of value games, scroll down to the Mariners Giveaways section below.

Mariners fans who expect to attend games often can invest in a season ticket plan. The team offers reserved plans, flex memberships, and premium seat packages. Learn more here.

If a game is sold out or fans are looking for secondhand tickets, SeatGeek is the official ticket marketplace for the Mariners. Other websites and online ticket resale brokers sell secondhand tickets to games at T-Mobile Park as well, but the Mariners recommend using the team’s official marketplace.

T-Mobile Park is now a “100% mobile ticket venue,” according to the Mariners’ website. The team encourages digital tickets as the safest method of ticket distribution to avoid counterfeit, stolen, or lost tickets.

Mariners tickets are available through the MLB Ballpark app or the Ticketmaster app. Download them here.

Transportation and parking

You may be asking, “How do I get to T-Mobile Park?” The ballpark is located at 1250 1st Avenue South in Seattle’s SODO neighborhood. There are several ways to get to the ballpark, but the Mariners suggest planning ahead and considering all the transportation options when planning your trip to the game.

Driving: Click here for directions via Google Maps.

Parking: There is a wide range of parking options around SODO, but T-Mobile Park offers three garages near the ballpark.

The Mariners Garage is located on Edgar Martinez Drive South and opens three hours before game time. Cars are able to park without reserving in advance if space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The garage opens three hours before game time.

This garage can only be booked in advance by Season Ticket members and Flex Membership holders.

To book parking in advance without those memberships, the Mariners recommend using SpotHero to reserve parking outside of the Mariners Garage.

There are also several parking garages and lots in the Central Business District that “offer very reasonable evening and weekend parking rates,” according to the Mariners. Note that rates often rise on days with events.

Street parking is also available, but several on-street curb locations are not available for parking or stopping before, during, or after games. Drivers should pay attention to signs when deciding to park on the street to avoid immediate towing by the Seattle Police Department.

King County Metro: The bus can be a great way for fans to save cash and headaches from parking.

Several bus routes stop within a few blocks of T-Mobile Park. Because traffic can build up — even for buses — some fans may choose to opt for bus routes that stop in Pioneer Square or the International District/Chinatown and walk to the ballpark.

Click here to plan your trip.

Metro’s ACCESS service and paratransit vans are directed to load and unload passengers along the east curb of Occidental Avenue S. next to the parking plaza.

Link light rail: Taking the light rail is also a good option if you don’t want to figure out a place to park around the stadium, plus it is likely cheaper.

Both the Stadium and International District/Chinatown stations are only a short walk from T-Mobile Park. Free parking is available at Washington State Park and Ride locations, according to WSDOT.

Free parking is available at the following light rail stations: Lynnwood City Center, Northgate, Angle Lake, and Tukwila International Boulevard.

Sounder trains: Sound Transit said special Sounder trains serve T-Mobile Park on game days from as far as Everett and Lakewood. Fans will deboard at the King Street Sounder Station and walk about half a mile to the closest T-Mobile Park entrance.

Taxi and rideshare: There is a designated rideshare lot southeast of T-Mobile Park. A map can be found here.

Ferry: Fans making the trek across the Sound can take a ferry to Colman Dock along the Seattle waterfront. The ferry terminal is located about a mile from the stadium. Click here to see the Washington State Ferries schedule.

Bicycle: There is bicycle parking available at the Mariners Garage, both inside and outside, but cyclists should bring a bike lock for safety. For bike trails, protected bike paths, and painted bike lanes, use Seattle’s Department of Transportation bike web map.

Walking: Fans who live or are staying downtown can also easily access T-Mobile Park on foot. Click here to see the Mariners’ recommended routes.

Fan excitement is building not just for play on the field, but also all the delicious offerings the Mariners plan to serve up during 81 (and hopefully more) home games this year.

It’s the 50th season for the franchise, and some of the concessions reflect that. The Mariners will offer souvenir helmets from years past for ice cream bowls and throwback jerseys on souvenir cups.

New vendors will hawk their bites, including Piroshky Piroshky, El Rinconsito, and Rolling Smoke BBQ.

The most enthusiasm has potentially been thrown at the new Washington State Ferry boat souvenir, which can be loaded with nachos, fries, chicken tenders, or fish and chips. Plus, the boat that fans get to take home floats in water!

Washington State Ferry Boat Souvenir

The souvenir celebrates 75 years of the Washington State Ferries system and 50 seasons of the Seattle Mariners.

Fans will be able to take home the ferry with a few different options inside.

Options include:

Bases Loaded Crab Nachos: Wonton chips, cheese sauce, crab salad, sesame, green onion, Thai chili sauceDockside Double Dip: Wonton chips with beer cheese crab dip and spinach artichoke crab dipCrab Fries or Old Bay FriesChicken Tenders with friesRegular Fries or Garlic FriesSidewinder FriesFish & Chips

Our favorite option was the Old Bay fries. The fries full of spice will give the perpetually popular garlic fries a run for their money.

Piroshky Piroshky

Options include Beef & Cheese, Potato & Cheese, Bacon Cheeseburger, Chocolate Cream Hazelnut, Smoked Salmon, and Jalapeno Sausage.

You’re probably familiar with this Pike Place Market staple.

We recommend the beef and cheese pastry.

El Rinconsito

Asada Quesadilla, Asada Tacos, Birria Tacos, Asada Burrito, Birria Burrito, Frescas Horchata, Tamarindo y Hibiscus, Value Menu Quesadilla, and more.

The Washington-based taquería making its debut at T-Mobile Park serves up tasty food at more than 15 locations statewide.

The chicken taco was a standout, with tons of flavor and a little kick.

But the winner was the trio of non-alcoholic fresh beverages: hibiscus, tamarind, and horchata. These can be purchased in different sizes and deliver a powerful burst without too much sweetness.

Rolling Smoke BBQ

Rib Platter (half rack of slow-smoked ribs served with two sides), Pulled Pork Sandwich, Brisket Sandwich, Loaded Mac & Cheese, BBQ Pit Beans, and Coleslaw.

The BBQ food truck is stopping by T-Mobile Park to deliver some delectable bites.

We especially loved the loaded mac and cheese and the brisket sandwich. Both options presented a rich and delicious taste that felt home-cooked.

You also can’t go wrong with their rib platter, where the meat tenderly falls off the bone.

Salt & Straw

This season Salt & Straw brings its Tacolate—a chocolate taco—to the ballpark.

The collaboration from Taco Bell and Salt & Straw is made with cinnamon-ancho ice cream that’s packed into a hand-pressed, sog-resistant waffle cone taco, then dunked in dark chocolate and studded with crunchy puffed quinoa.

Salt & Straw is also bringing scoops of Pots of Gold & Rainbows to the ballpark. They hand-sort the luck from the charms, and steep the whole-grain cereal in cream before stirring in mountains of rainbow ‘mallows.

Nakagawa Sushi

New Trident Roll featuring sushi rice, soy paper, crab salad, salmon, yellow tail, avocado, cucumber, and sesame seeds.

The new Trident Roll is what you should seek out.

The Japanese restaurant from Bothell is serving the sushi featuring sushi rice, soy paper, crab salad, salmon, yellow tail, avocado, cucumber, and sesame seeds.

Tamari Bar

This year’s additions include Curry Donuts & Dip (crispy Chinese donuts served with signature Area 206 curry sauce), and Miso-Katsu Bowl, Vegan Area 206 Curry.

This Seattle staple, founded in 2014, disseminates Japanese culture, food, and people through its authentic dining experience, according to the Mariners.

The rich curries and perfectly-cooked meat and seafood are sure to knock your socks off.

This year, Tamari Bar added curry donuts and dip, a great value for the flavor. The vegan curry is also delicious.

The best new dish, however, is the miso-katsu bowl. The dish is sure to impress regulars and first-time visitors alike. The blend of flavors presents a tasty treat easy to enjoy in the stands.

The miso-katsu may be our favorite new dish at Mariners games in 2026.

Marination

Ube Coconut Rice Krispie added to the menu this year.

Fans of the popular Hawaiian food joint will be excited for a new dessert.

This season, Marination is introducing Ube Coconut Rice Krispies to its menu.

The treat is familiar, with a subtle sweet potato twist. We found it fantastic.

Ballard Pizza

Stadium Bites (pizza dough, garlic oil, parmesan, tomato gravy).

The new Stadium Bites from Ballard Pizza are tasty and on the Value Menu (more info below).

Great State Burger

The Great State Dog (Hempler’s all-beef dog, Great State Sauce, pickles, cheese, lettuce) joins the menu, along with the Great State Veggie Burger (Abbot’s veggie patty, organic lettuce, pickles, mustard, ketchup), and their Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Cookie.

The Mariners have a few vegan options this year, and our favorite was the veggie burger from Great State.

Value menu

You can still get hot dogs, popcorn, and nachos on the value menu, but some new options have also been added this year. This year, 21 items will range from $3-$10.

The Value Menu includes standard stadium fare, but also bites from Ivar’s, Tamari Bar, Ballard Pizza, and more.

Value beer

The robust Value Beer menu includes 15 options in 2026, four of which are non-alcoholic options.

Mariners fans can enjoy Miller High Life, Sapporo, Keystone Light, and more.

There are three “Value Craft Draft” options: Sierra Nevada Summerfest, pFriem Lager, and Deschutes King Krispy Pilsner.

Unfortunately for IPA lovers, 2026 is the second straight season without an IPA on the menu. (There is a non-alcoholic IPA, however.)
