ROME, N.Y. — Residents have a new way to connect with city services through the launch of the RomeIQ app.
City officials said the app allows users to view and pay taxes, get alerts about water main breaks and report concerns such as streetlight outages, graffiti and potholes.
People can snap a picture of an issue and submit it directly through the app.
