Southbound direction on State Road 91 was closed as crews mop up their efforts. The roadway has since been reopened.Families and residents may return to their homes at 7 p.m. Monday. The Perch Fire is estimated to be 57.5 acres in size.The Blue Hole Convention Center is being used as an evacuation center.
