PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A Safeway in Southeast Portland has been identified as a measles exposure site, according to the Oregon Health Authority on Thursday.
Health officials say anyone who visited the Safeway location at 2800 SE Hawthorne Blvd during the following days and times may have been exposed to measles:
Between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 26.Between 2 p.m. and midnight on Friday, March 27.Between 2:20 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 28.Between 2 p.m. and midnight on Sunday, March 29.
Anyone who visited the store during the specified timeframes should contact their healthcare provider immediately and let them know you may have been exposed.
OHA says families without a primary care provider can establish care at any of Multnomah County’s seven primary care clinics or nine student health centers by calling 503-988-5558 to make a new patient appointment.
Earlier on Thursday afternoon, OHA identified two other measles exposure sites in the Portland metro area.
