NFL host Kay Adams continued her training camp tour this past Saturday by visiting the Washington Commanders.
Adams became a fan favorite due to her work on NFL Network’s “Good Morning Football” from 2016-2022. She then left the network to host her own show on FanDuel TV. It doesn’t matter if it’s the playoffs or the offseason, she constantly lands top-tier guests.
“Kay has a certain electric energy about her and her approachable presence creates an authentic connection with her fans that is rooted in trust,” FanDuel TV said back in September of 2022. “We think that makes her a unique personality in sports media and we’re beyond excited for her to bring that magic to the set of ‘Up and Adams’ and showcase her signature flair to FanDuel TV audiences.”
When training camp opened up for all 32 NFL teams this July, the talented NFL host spent time with the Los Angeles Rams. She then left the West Coast to get a close look at the New York Giants and New York Jets.
Just a few days ago, Adams interviewed a plethora of key players on the Jets, including Justin Fields, Sauce Gardner and Quinnen Williams.

Once her New York trip wrapped up, Adams made her way over to the nation’s capital to see what Jayden Daniels and the Commanders were up to. Judging by her latest post on Instagram, she wasn’t disappointed.
Adams shared a few photos of her at Washington’s training camp facility along with a telling caption.
“MVP chants, a new addition ready to make noise, & a Daron ready to bring the Payne from week 1 to the Super Bowl. The hunter, never the hunted. Thanks Commanders for setting the standard,” Adams wrote for her caption.
Plenty of NFL fans raved about the dress that Adams wore to Saturday’s practice.
“Gorgeous,” one fan said.
“We need to talk about how great that dress looks,” another fan wrote.
“That is one Stunning and Gorgeous Kay,” an Instagram user commented.
Make no mistake, this won’t be the last time Adams leaves fans in awe of her fashion.
Adams will continue her training camp tour later this week.
