The Dallas Wings hold the No. 1 overall pick in the 2026 WNBA Draft, and one potential name to pair up with Paige Bueckers is former TCU guard Olivia Miles. Miles is just one of a couple of players who could potentially hear their names called as the No. 1 pick, including Bueckers’ former UConn teammate Azzi Fudd, UCLA’s Lauren Betts and Spanish center Awa Fam.

During a recent segment on ESPN’s SportsCenter ahead of the WNBA Draft, Olivia Miles gave her reaction on what a potential team-up with Paige Bueckers would be like.

“I think we’d be one of, if not the most, dynamic backcourt in the league,” Miles said. “I’m naturally a pass-first guard so I’d want to get her the ball where she’s successful. I think it would just be an incredible partnership. I’d be very grateful for wherever I land, but if I got to play with Paige, I feel like we’d light the league on fire.”

Miles was eligible for the 2025 WNBA Draft, but opted to return to college for one more season amid her transfer to TCU. She’s coming off a strong season in which she led the Horned Frogs to the Elite Eight of the NCAA Tournament and won the Big 12 Player of the Year Award.

She appeared in 38 games at a little over 35 minutes per game. Miles averaged a career-best 19.6 points, 7.2 rebounds, 6.6 assists and 1.8 steals with splits of 48.1 percent shooting from the field, 35.1 percent shooting from the 3-point line and 83.9 percent shooting from the free-throw line.
