Suffolk County police closed parts of Lakeland Avenue in Bohemia Wednesday morning after a serious motor vehicle crash.
The northbound lanes of Lakeland Avenue from Sunrise Highway to Church Street were closed shortly after the 7:50 a.m. collision, police said.
Images from the scene showed a badly damaged motorcycle and an SUV.
No further details were immediately available; police said an investigation was ongoing.
