OAK PARK, Ill. (WLS) — The I-Team has learned West Suburban Medical Center is resuming hospital-based clinic services starting Wednesday.

This is not a full reopening as emergency room and in-patient services remain suspended.

Resilience Healthcare tells the I-Team patients are being contacted by phone and email to schedule appointments for primary care visits to start.

West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park served nearly 100,000 patients per year and employed hundreds when it suddenly shut down two weeks ago.
