Police said Soto stole a Prevea Health shuttle van at knifepoint on July 8 at HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center, located at 1726 Shawano Ave. The driver of the van was an employee of Prevea Health who was on duty at the hospital. Soto and the van were both found in Chicago days later.
