An AI-generated artist has climbed to the top of the iTunes charts, with IngaRose’s track Celebrate Me reaching No. 1 globally.

Apple Music lists the single as a March 31, 2026, release under Myers Music, while chart trackers showed it sitting at No. 1 on the US & Global iTunes charts on April 17.

IngaRose is not believed to be a real performer. Reporting around the account has linked the project to the recent wave of AI-generated “artists” appearing across iTunes, with Showbiz411 attributing IngaRose and other similar acts to South Carolina producer Dallas Little.

The same report also pointed to IngaRose’s Instagram bio, which says the songs use “Human-written lyrics” and are “refined using Suno,” an AI music platform.

Why the chart run matters

Celebrate Me is the latest flashpoint in the growing fight over AI music. While IngaRose presents itself online like a typical artist rollout, the account’s branding leans into synthetic creation rather than hiding it.

Apple’s listing for the single also shows Myers Music as the release label, and IngaRose’s artist page now includes a fast-growing catalog of 2026 singles.

The iTunes chart is separate from streaming-based rankings like Spotify or Billboard. Apple’s own provider support pages distinguish between Apple Music streams and iTunes Store sales, which helps explain why a song can break through quickly in download charts even without dominating streaming platforms.

That difference is a big part of why IngaRose’s rise has sparked such a strong reaction online. Social posts highlighting Celebrate Me at No. 1 quickly turned the song into a talking point far beyond music circles, with many users linking it to wider fears about AI content flooding the internet.
