OKLAHOMA CITY — Phoenix Suns guard Jordan Goodwin will miss the second half of Sunday’s Game 1 against Oklahoma City on April 19 at Paycom Center with left calf soreness.
Goodwin checked out of the game with 6:54 left in the first half. He finished with two points on 1-of-4 shooting, going 0 of 3 from 3-point range.

Goodwin played just five minutes as he picked up two quick fouls in the first quarter.

Royce O’Neale started the second half for Goodwin as Phoenix trailed 65-44 at the break. The Suns were already down Mark Williams (left foot soreness) and Grayson Allen (left hamstring strain) has yet to play despite being available.
Goodwin was coming off a 19-point effort in Friday’s 111-96 win over Golden State to advance to NBA playoffs as an eighth seed in the Western Conference.
He scored 11 of those 19 points in the fourth quarter on 4-of-4 field as he shot 3-of-3 from 3. He added two steals, an assist and rebound in the fourth of that win.

Goodwin scored a career-high 26 points, going 8-of-13 from 3, in Phoenix’s 108-105 win over Oklahoma City in January.
