As a fully healthy Caitlin Clark begins her third professional season with the Indiana Fever at the opening of WNBA training camp on Sunday, April 19, the former Iowa women’s basketball legend has been working tirelessly on learning how to better manage her on-court workload following an injury-riddled 2025 campaign.

While Clark spent much of the offseason healing from her soft-tissue injuries and participating in the Team USA FIBA Women’s World Cup training camp and qualification tournament, she has made it a priority to understand her body better and better condition herself for the physical demands of the looming 44-game regular season.

According to IndyStar’s Chloe Peterson, the Fever are entering training camp as healthy as possible, with Aliyah Boston (offseason leg injury), Sophie Cunningham (right MCL surgery), and Ty Harris (left knee surgery) also recovered from their respective injuries.

With Indiana finishing the 2025 campaign just short of a miraculous WNBA Finals appearance despite a laundry list of injuries, the Fever will look to remain healthy and bring home its first WNBA title since 2012.
