Good morning! The boundary responsible for ushering in cooler air remains stalled out across the Southeast. It’ll work with an upper-level disturbance nearby to bring us additional rounds of rain and thunder today.

At times, we’ll have partial sunshine through thick cloud cover, limiting how warm we get. Highs will reach the low-80s. After a round of rain this morning, mainly for our western counties, we’ll have another batch this afternoon and evening.

With this upper-level disturbance and stationary boundary remaining nearby, rain chances continue throughout this week. A low will try to develop offshore later this week, which will keep moisture around the Carolinas through the upcoming weekend.
