The concert marked the band’s first show since the release of its newest album, “Your Favorite Toy,” which came out on April 24. It was also the band’s first show in Connecticut since hosting a pop-up show at Toad’s Place in New Haven last year.Â
With it being the first show of the tour, the band offered up a near three-hour show complete with fan favorites, deep cuts and songs of its latest release.Â
Given the proximity of the show to the album release, it’s no surprise that the album that was most represented in the setlist was “Your Favorite Toy.” Six songs off the album were played including “Caught in the Echo,” “Child Actor,” “Of All People,” “Unconditional” and “Your Favorite Toy.” The Bridgeport show marked the live debut of “Spit Shine” from the album.Â
A number of songs also made their 2026 debut in Bridgeport including “The Sky Is a Neighborhood,” “Shame Shame,” “Rescued” and “Unconditional.”
“A320,” which opened the encore, was played for only the seventh time ever, according to concert tracking website setlist.fm. Prior to 2026, the song hadn’t been played live by the Foo Fighters since 2000.
According to copies of the physical setlist from the band, “Unconditional” and “Big Me” were not planned with the latter being played as a “little love song” from Dave Grohl to guitarist Pat Smear.
