CINCINNATI (WKR) — Elm Street Plaza in downtown Cincinnati is now home to four new permanent sculptures, enhancing its role as a cultural hub.
Created by local artists and organizations, these works celebrate the legacy of King Records, a pivotal force in music history. They are part of the First Financial Center’s $264-million renovation, creating dynamic art that bridges the convention center with the vibrant Fountain District.
