Groveland, N.Y. — This month’s rainfall is causing high water levels and flooding on a road in Livingston County.
All of Flats Road in Groveland has been closed since Saturday, April 25 due to the flood, according to the New York State Department of Transportation’s 511 page.
Farmland on both sides of the roadway were also underwater Thursday afternoon.
