A new entertainment experience that includes elevated mini golf, golf simulators, fire pits and large-format 25-foot screens for sports is coming to Mauldin, South Carolina. PAR Greenville will be built at the intersection of Butler Road and Interstate 385.The venue will break ground in June 2026 and is slated to open in early 2027.This is a collaboration with the City of Mauldin and First Bank and will feature two distinct 18-hole outdoor courses.In addition to its courses, PAR Greenville will offer golf simulators, giving guests the opportunity to experience world-class courses and interactive games year-round.
