HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Authorities are planning a necropsy to find out what caused the death of an unidentified Hawaiian monk seal off West Oahu.
A video of city, state and federal teams removing the carcass from a shoreline in Nanakuli on Wednesday was posted to Instagram by HHHnewz.
