RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) — Get your dancing shoes ready– the Raleigh Wide Open Music Festival presented by PNC Bank is back for more music, culture and fun.
The fall live music festival dates are October 3-4. The festivities will begin with a kickoff celebration on N.C. State’s Centennial Campus on Thursday, Oct. 1, with multiple sets of music on an outdoor stage, food trucks, and plenty of space for families to set up chairs, dance, and play. It’s a tradition that started in 2025.
Downtown Raleigh will come to life with four stages of music, plus food trucks and art vendors on Friday and Saturday.
True to its Wide Open name, the festival is free; no tickets or wristbands are needed for any part of the event.
The 2025 Raleigh Wide Open Music Festival welcomed a record crowd with 155,000 people in attendance during the 3-day run.
