MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Nationally renowned indie singer and songwriter Phoebe Bridgers will perform a surprise pop-up show Tuesday night in Memphis.
One poster in the Crosstown area said tickets to the show at Hi-Tone Cafe were first-come, first-served, with doors opening at 6 p.m.
The box office opened at noon Tuesday. Tickets were sold out by 3 p.m.
The Los Angeles-based solo artist made her debut in the indie pop/folk scene in 2015 and quickly earned accolades as an alternative singer-songwriter.

As of May 2026, Bridgers has earned 11 Grammy nominations and four Grammy awards. She was the Trailblazer Award recipient during the 2022 Billboard Women in Music event.
She’s also known for her collaborative work with major music stars, including Taylor Swift, SZA and Muna.
She is also a member of the Grammy-award-winning indie rock supergroup Boygenius, which quickly rose to fame after its formation in 2018.
