T-Mobile has expanded the benefits of its 5G Home and Small Business Internet plans, adding new features aimed at enhancing customer support and cybersecurity. As of August 6, new Home Internet customers on the Amplified plan will receive 24/7 tech support, while new Small Business Internet users on the Amplified and All-In plans will benefit from Advanced Cyber Security features.

The Home Internet Amplified plan now includes around-the-clock access to live video support, helping users with household smart devices such as thermostats and doorbells. This support was previously only available to All-In plan customers. For small businesses, the Amplified and All-In plans now come with built-in Advanced Cyber Security. This feature helps block harmful websites, detect suspicious activity, and protect connected devices from online threats. Customers can manage these tools easily via the T-Life app.

These updates build upon T-Mobile’s existing offerings, which include a 5-year price guarantee, weekly perks via T-Mobile Tuesdays, unlimited data, simple 15-minute self-installation, and a 15-day worry-free trial. There are no monthly equipment fees or annual contracts, and the service is powered by T-Mobile’s nationwide 5G network. Customers can choose from three plan options: Rely, Amplified, or All-In, with prices starting at $35/month with AutoPay and a T-Mobile voice line.
