THAT NEIGHBOR THEN SHOT THAT PERSON THAT HAD BROKEN INTO THE HOUSE, AND THAT PERSON WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL WITH LIFE THREATENING INJURIES. Police Chief Greg Wipfli told KOCO 5 that officers responded to a reported shooting shortly before 7:30 a.m. in the 1500 block of Lloyd Avenue, which is near Northeast 10th Street and Post Road.
