Opening Night of the 2025-26 NBA season will reportedly feature multiple matchups between Western Conference teams looking to return to the playoffs.
According to ESPN’s Shams Charania, the Houston Rockets will travel to face the Oklahoma City Thunder on Oct. 21 while the Los Angeles Lakers will host the Golden State Warriors.
The Thunder, Rockets and Lakers occupied the top three spots in the West standings last season while the Warriors made the playoffs as the No. 7 seed.
