Jennifer Lopez and Brett Goldstein did little to refute real-life romance speculation while showing off their on-screen chemistry in Office Romance.
In a flirtatious scene shared by Netflix on Instagram, the actress can be seen risking a wardrobe malfunction in a brown string bikini.
Lopez recently spoke out against “showmance” claims, clarifying that she is single despite rumors linking her to her co-star.
As rumors swirl about Jennifer Lopez and Brett Goldstein’s off-screen relationship status, the co-stars are turning up the heat—and showing off their undeniable chemistry—in their new rom-com, Office Romance. In a flirty clip from the new Netflix movie shared to social media on June 7, the “On the Floor” singer risked a potential wardrobe malfunction while adjusting her micro string bikini during a beachside scene with the Ted Lasso actor.
In the video, Lopez—who plays ambitious airline CEO Jackie Cruz—takes Goldstein’s Daniel Blanchflower to a secluded island for a lowkey beach date, noting she’s picked up a few secret spots while flying millionaires around for decades. Lopez’s character instantly turns on the coquetry, re-tying her loose brown string bikini bottoms as she kneels in the sand.

The 56-year-old actress then begins vigorously swatting at her butt, joking to Goldstein’s lawyer character, “My God, I have so much sand in my butt. If you turn me over, you could tell time.” In character, Goldstein tells Lopez she’s “very strange” before clarifying that her out-of-office persona is different from how she presents herself at work.

The “Let’s Get Loud” singer has pushed back on rumors that she and Goldstein had a fling while filming her latest movie. “There’s never a time when I’m seen with somebody or working with somebody where they don’t try to put me with the person,” Lopez told Savannah Guthrie during their June 2 Today interview. She later clarified they were “not dating” in real life when the anchor pressed for a more concrete answer.

The Kiss of the Spider Woman actress also refuted speculation that she and Goldstein were putting on a “showmance”—a fake romance to promote a film—during a June 3 interview with AP News.
“Do you know that we, people, don’t do things like that? Like, just so you know. Like, spoiler alert. That doesn’t happen!” Lopez said. “People don’t make believe that we’re having a romance. No, you’re either having a romance or you’re not and I don’t think it’s… I think it’s kind of hard to hide, to be honest.”
