I think WWE just put an end to all this ‘CM Punk back to AEW’ talk

CM Punk has been gone from WWE programming since the Raw after WrestleMania on April 20, even though he said on that show that he was staying ready and not going on vacation.

Well, I think we can put an end to all that talk after WWE’s announcement during tonight’s (June 12) episode of SmackDown that Punk is heading to New York City at the Javits Center for Fanatics Fest on Sunday, July 19.

Do you plan to see The Best in the World in New York City next month when he represents WWE at Fanatics Fest? Will he return to WWE programming before then, perhaps on July 6 in Chicago?
