Driver’s window smashed with baseball bat after asking tagger to stop

FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — A driver’s window was smashed after asking a man to stop tagging a building in Fresno.

Miguel Arias, Fresno City Council District 3, posted the video on Facebook saying the man in the video was caught tagging a business in the Tower District.

The man then responded by smashing the driver’s windows with a metal baseball bat.
