Emergency responders transported the worker to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, where she was later pronounced deceased,” the statement said. “The district extends its sincere condolences to the worker’s family, friends, and colleagues during this difficult time.”The medical examiner said 36-year-old Noelle Mansour died as a result of the incident.
