Lionel Messi marks his 200th appearance for Argentina with goal number 118 for his country and his 14th goal at a World Cup finals.
He is played the ball by Rodrigo de Paul and Messi picks up the ball and off he goes. He gets to about 25 yards out and strikes at goal.
Goalkeeper Luca Zidane gets two hands to it, but can’t keep out the fierce effort. The world champions are ahead. It had to be Messi.
