What Happened Last Game:

The Liberty are in the midst of an eight-game winning streak that includes an 86-64 win over the Mystics on Sunday. Following that contest, New York went on the road and escaped with a 96-95 win over the Chicago Sky thanks to a last-second game-winner from Sabrina Ionescu. In that game, Jonquel Jones led the team with 19 points and eight rebounds while Breanna Stewart and Satou Sabally each had 17 and Ionescu and Rebekah Gardner each had 10. The squad now sits at 11-4 and is looking to complete a three-game season sweep of the visitors.

Washington bounced back from the 22-point blowout loss with an 88-81 win over the Connecticut Sun on Wednesday. Sonia Citron had 26 points to lead the Mystics along with 11 rebounds while Michaela Onyenwere added 22, Lauren Betts went for 13 and Georgia Amoore went for 10. The team is now 6-7 and looking to get back to .500 after slipping below that mark earlier in the month.
