Allegheny County that rain still back across southern Beaver and also northern Washington County. In fact, some of that steadier rain right around We right now also will ramp up in intensity, not quite seeing too much rain looking into western Allegheny County, but give it about 15-20 minutes, skies will be opening up closer to the airport and Robinson. Meanwhile, farthest to the south and west, there is *** flood watch for just green and Montia counties that will continue until 8 o’clock tonight. Let’s talk about the timing. Again, that steady rain is out for those areas north, but still *** few clusters of showers working through here as we roll through mid to even late morning into the afternoon. Coverage will be more sparse, but we can’t rule out some big downpours and possibly even some rumbles of thunder as you break out into *** bit of sunshine. But we should be able to drop our impact day into the afternoon. Tomorrow, most of us will stay dry, just *** limited shower chance, 84, and check out those temperatures that. Continue to heat up. There are several reported attacks in the Middle East this morning, likely Tehran’s response to overnight air strikes by the United States. Our Washington correspondent Jackie DeFusco joins us from our DC bureau, and Jackie, what does this mean for the push to end the war? Both sides are accusing each other of violating the ceasefire. It is the biggest threat yet to the interim agreement between the United States and Iran. That agreement, which aims to end the war while negotiations continue on certain topics, was signed just last week, but tensions are rising once again this morning. Iran launched *** drone assault targeting Bahrain, home to the US Navy’s 5th Fleet, and *** ship. In the Strait of Hormuz separately came under attack. An earlier attack in the Strait prompted the US military on Friday to launch *** new round of strikes on Iran, as you can see in this video. The exchange of fire now disrupting efforts to resume normal traffic in that crucial oil shipping route, potentially influencing gas prices here in the US that had been trending downward. In Washington, I’m Jackie DeFusco, Pittsburgh’s Action News floor. New from overnight, crews responded to *** fire at an office and retail building in White Oak, Allegheny County last night. This was the scene in the 1100 block of Lincoln Way. Dispatchers say it started around 11:30 and no one was hurt. The cause of the fire is under investigation. Right now Pittsburgh police are still searching for *** suspect wanted in connection to *** deadly hit and run. It happened Thursday night in the East Hills after *** man was hit by two cars. Now this surveillance video from *** nearby store shows the first car hitting the victim on Bennett Street and then staying on the scene. Seconds later, another car strikes. The driver of the Prius pulls into an alley and stops but leaves about 2 minutes later. Emmett Wilson’s business, Golden Triangle Distributor, sits at that corner. He says he’s familiar with concerns along the street. I think it’s horrible, you know, we’ve had ***, *** long running history of speeding cars and accidents at this intersection. Um I don’t know what it is. People, they see the light ready to change and they speed up trying to make the light, but in the process there’s, there’s tons of accidents. The name of the victim has not been released just yet, but now investigators are asking for the public’s help as they search for the driver who left the scene. They’re looking for this car, *** gray Toyota Prius. The license plate number is NCL 1036. If you have any information, call Pittsburgh police. New this morning and across the state, arson charges have been filed after *** massive fire in Allentown. You can see those flames coming from the building. They’re just really intense. Neighbors on Front Street had to shelter in place for hours as the blaze on Wednesday destroyed several homes and *** furniture factory. Investigators say 2 people under the age of 18 are charged in connection to the fire. The Allentown police chief said the suspects will not be named, but they are both in juvenile detention. They face charges including arson, reckless endangerment, conspiracy, and causing *** catastrophe. The fire remains under investigation. Happening right now, that urgent rescue mission continues in Venezuela after back to back earthquakes shook the country this week, killing more than 900 people and injuring thousands more. ABC’s Michelle Franzen has the latest on the efforts. This morning, the urgent rescue in Venezuela after *** pair of historic earthquakes, *** 7.2 magnitude followed by *** 7.5 seconds apart, struck the coast. The twin quakes knocked down buildings in the nearby capital of Caracas earlier this week, sending residents racing into the streets. Building after building destroyed in the coastal city of LaGuaira. 22 high rises brought down within *** single mile, according to an ABC News analysis of video and satellite imagery. Back here at home, Pennsylvania Turnpike officials predict that more than 500,000 drivers will use the tolling road today as the busy summer holiday travel season continues. If you’re hitting the road, AAA says the best time to drive is going to be between 20 and 5 o’clock this evening. And just *** heads up, all construction on the turnpike is paused until 11:00 p.m. on July 5th. More police patrols are out and Paul Miller’s law remains in effect, meaning you could be fined if you’re caught driving with *** cell phone in your hand. And just in time for travel season, gas prices continue to drop. The state average for *** gallon of regular is 402 this morning. Now we haven’t seen that price since before April 1st, so it’s been quite some time. The average here in Pittsburgh sits at 441 per gallon. Time now is 9:08. Reporter Jordan has *** closer look at what to expect. America is turning 250 years old and Pittsburgh is starting the party early this weekend. *** lot of good things going on in the city. You don’t have to go too far to find an activity. Look no further than Point State Park, where artists Nelly, Third Eye Blind, and Frizzy will take the stage on Saturday. Nelly Nelly fans. I know all the words to hot in here, so the sold out performance is part of the America 250. Commonwealth concert series. So far, 4 Pennsylvania cities hosted big name acts, and Pittsburgh is last on the lineup. So the American 5DPA Commonwealth concert Series was really *** way for us to engage everyday Pennsylvanians and allow them to create these semi-quincentennial memories like so many have from the bicentennial and do that through *** shared love of music. Oh, it’s great to have 250. That comes back to when was it in the 70s, we were just doing 200 and now it’s 50 years later. That went fast. Crews were hard at work Friday setting up for the event. They secured the perimeter before the 9 p.m. closure at Point State Park. America 250 PA executive director Cassandra Coleman says it took the help of several state and local agencies to pull this huge event off. It really was *** team effort to bring this concert here. And we’re just so excited to have an epic night. While Saturday marks the end of the concert series, it also marks the start of *** long list of patriotic events in the steel city leading up to July 4th. And right now several downtown roads and all public access to the park is closed until 5 o’clock tonight when the gates open up for the event, as you heard Jordan mention, you do need *** ticket to get in, and the concert is sold out. The space will host family friendly events and concerts. The celebrations last through the Fourth of July. And the party continues here in Pittsburgh. The Andy Warhol Bridge will be the site of *** birthday party today as well. It’s the bridge’s 100th anniversary. There will be art, music, games, and so much more. It kicks off at 11 this morning and then runs until 3 this afternoon.

They were pronounced dead on the scene. A Pennsylvania Turnpike spokesman said no other vehicles were involved in the incident. Officials said an investigation remains ongoing. Pennsylvania State Police confirmed to Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 that a crash occurred in the eastbound lanes of I-76 near the Route 136 overpass in Hempfield Township.
The incident was reported around 2:30 a.m.
Authorities said a vehicle drove onto the right embankment and lost control. The vehicle then hit the overpass and overturned multiple times before coming to a stop.
Fire and rescue crews arrived on the scene shortly after the crash and found two people inside the vehicle. They were pronounced dead on the scene.
A Pennsylvania Turnpike spokesman said no other vehicles were involved in the incident.
Officials said an investigation remains ongoing.
The identity of the victims has not been released.
