Delaware State Police say they’ve made an arrest for a July 4th shooting near Arden.
Paul Waller, 39, of Wilmington, was arrested today in Pennsylvania.

He’s accused of shooting a woman in the face on Saturday around 6:45pm outside a pizza shop at the corner of Marsh and Harvey Roads.
Troopers say the shooting happened after the two got into a argument.
The victim was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
Waller will be extradited back to Delaware to face charges including first-degree attempted murder and a weapons count.
