A man was pronounced dead at the scene after he was shot twice and then, according to witnesses, was struck by a vehicle in Pittsburgh’s Lincoln-Lemington-Belmar neighborhood.The incident happened at around 10:30 p.m. Sunday on the 6900 block of Wiltsie Street, according to Pittsburgh Public Safety.A Pittsburgh Public Safety spokesperson said responding officers found the man lying outside in the street with gunshot wounds to the chest and leg.Witnesses said the man was also hit by a vehicle.The victim was pronounced dead a short time later.As of early Monday morning, the man’s identity had not been made public nor had any arrests been announced.
