LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The Canadian tourist accused of harming several flamingos at an exhibit on the Las Vegas Strip pleaded not guilty during his court arraignment Tuesday morning.
Mitchell Fairbarn, 33, is facing multiple animal abuse charges related to an incident where he was caught on surveillance camera cornering several flamingos and grabbing one, which he brought back to his hotel room. He told police, according to an arrest report, that he brought it back to “pop its wing back in place”.
