The Dallas Mavericks say they “will make a significant business announcement” this morning and hold a press conference at 2 p.m. this afternoon.
The Mavericks did not share further details.

The Mavericks drafted one of his former players, Morez Johnson Jr., with the ninth overall pick in last month’s NBA Draft.
A few weeks ago, the Mavs announced they would be leaving the American Airlines Center in 2031, with the old Valley View Mall site in North Dallas already under team control. It’s unclear if the announcement is team- or arena-related.
