Warren Bondo hasn’t been included in the squad for AC Milan’s pre-season, but according to a report, that’s because a permanent move is imminent.
Bondo spent last season on loan at Cremonese and he didn’t impress. On top of that, the team were relegated, which meant there was no chance of him being signed permanently. Recently, there was thus a meeting at Casa Milan to talk about his future, with a pretty clear outcome.

The eagle-eyed among you will have spotted that the 22-year-old isn’t part of the squad that will begin pre-season at Milanello tomorrow. Indeed, many youngsters have been included by Ruben Amorim, but not the French international.
Decision has been made
According to Daniele Longo, the reason is pretty simple. Bondo will work with a fitness coach at the training ground in wait of a permanent move, meaning Milan and Amorim have already made their minds up as to where he stands.
They could have included him in the squad, of course, but the Portuguese coach is keen on testing players that could actually play some part (even if just a small one) this upcoming season. Bondo’s fate has already been decided, now his agents just need to find a new club.
