In January, Capital Tonight hosted the head of the Mental Health Association of New York. CEO Glenn Liebman laid out what advocates would be pushing lawmakers for this year, including funding for Teen and Youth Mental Health First Aid; First Responder Legislation; and a 2.7% inflation increase for the mental health workforce, among other things.
Liebman joined Capital Tonight on Monday to discuss wins and losses this session, as well as his idea to provide a defined pension plan for workers in non-profit industries.
