General Hospital spoilers are in for Tuesday, August 12, 2025! In tomorrow’s episode, fans can expect Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) to issue Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) a threat, while Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) seemingly gets busted.

Drew Cain vs Willow Tait
Let’s kick things off with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), who will have an interaction with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). The congressman just won’t give it up. Everyone has told him that the nurse wants nothing to do with him anymore. However, he seems to think that he can still get Willow to reunite with him.
Drew will try to smooth-talk his way back into Willow’s heart. Once again, he will promise to get Willow custody of her children back. Everything has a cost, though. (Make sure to check out our next week GH spoilers, here!)
Scout Quartermaine Missing
Meanwhile, Drew will get an alarming phone call during the GH August 12 episode. Someone tells the congressman that his daughter is missing! Just a little while ago, Drew was content with Scout being taken care of by staff members. With the little girl missing, will he finally focus on what’s really important?
Of course, this could be a strategy by Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) to stop Drew from taking his daughter to DC.

Carly Spencer’s Confrontation
General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, August 12 reveal that Carly will have a confrontation. The blonde sits down with Marco to discuss things, tomorrow. However, Marco seems tight-lipped. During a preview, Carly tells him, “Before things go any further, I need to make one thing clear.”

Gio Palmieri Arrested?
Tomorrow’s episode will also include Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) having to arrest someone he doesn’t want to. Could this be Gio, who tells Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) that it’s over in a preview clip for the August 12 show. Emma assures Gio that she has a Plan B.
Back to Willow, she has a tense interaction with Lucas Jones (Van Hansis). In fact, the nurse blows up and yells that if anyone can understand, she thought it would be him.

Britt Westbourne’s Bargaining Chip
Over in Croatia, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) declares there will be no results until she gets what she wants. With Britt’s meds being held hostage, this could quickly turn into a medical crisis! Thank goodness, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will be on his way to Britt soon. Before he jets off to save the day, Jason summons Alexis.
Plus, a preview clip shows Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) making a suggestion to her fake hubby, Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) on the hotel room bed. What could this be about?
