The man who jumped from a fourth-story balcony in an attempt to avoid arrest has pled guilty in a federal health care fraud case, according to court documents.
Muhammad Abdulqadir Omar of Roseville, and another man, Ibrahim Bashir Abdi of Minneapolis are both accused of stealing more than $3 million in tax dollars by submitting fake Medicaid claims.
The men submitted those claims through HSS providers North Home Health Care LLC and South Home Health Care LLC.
This is the latest guilty plea in the Justice Department’s $90 million fraud investigation.
So far, at least two other suspects have pleaded guilty of the 15 people who have been charged.

Omar’s sentencing date had not been set.
