Angel Reese had one of those moments where nothing seemed to go her way during the WNBA All-Star Game. While the atmosphere was lighthearted and players were clearly enjoying themselves, Reese and A’ja Wilson were joking around despite being on opposite teams. Wilson effortlessly shut down Reese’s shot attempt, which missed badly, and the two laughed it off as they ran back down the court. Moments later, as they were still laughing, Reese awkwardly rolled her ankle and immediately looked frustrated, as if nothing was going right that day. Wilson quickly stopped to help her up, and the crowd laughed along with the pair. Social media, however, was far less forgiving, with many users criticizing Reese and claiming she seemed more focused on debuting her pink hair for the All-Star Game than on her performance on the court.
