Arsenal have scouted former Rangers academy graduate Robbie Ure, according to the Daily Briefing.

Chelsea and Manchester City are said to have held talks over signing the former Scotland under-19 international, who has spent the last two seasons playing in Sweden. Ure has scored 31 goals in 49 games for Allsvenskan side Sirius and is described as one of the most exciting young talents outside of Europe’s big five leagues.

Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur are also reported to be interested. As are Besiktas, Fenerbahce, Galatasaray, Lille, Milan, Monaco and Napoli – but only Chelsea and Man City have apparently opened talks.
